自分がグランダーとして下で指揮をとれる現場。
２〜３日間を予定していた伐採作業をたった1日で終えることができたりするのは正に集大成的な結果。
一度でもクライマーを経験するとグラインダーの質も大きく変わります。
自分の成長より嬉しいメンバーの成長。

With new team members joining the fold, things are getting livelier than ever!
Even though some members are still honing their skills, we have a crew with three climbers (myself included). It’s a setup where I can take charge from the ground as a “groundie.”
Being able to complete a felling job—originally scheduled for two or three days—in just a single day is truly the culmination of all our efforts.
Once you’ve experienced climbing yourself, the quality of your work as a groundie changes dramatically.
Seeing my team members grow brings me even more joy than my own personal growth.
Safer, more efficient, and faster… Today, too, we’ll keep working steadily toward that “three-way good” (benefit for all parties involved).
